EXTRA INFORMATION
01
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a workshop, I try my best to price each workshop fairly and offer good value for money.
I therefore have a clear nonrefundable policy to ensure that I cover costs and the ongoing viability of The Hidden Hive Workshop.
I do appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend a workshop so I am happy for you to send along a friend to take your place, I will need their name and contact details prior to the workshop date.
If you contact me at least 10 days in advance of the start date of the workshop, then I can offer a transfer to the same workshop on an alternative date, providing there are places available or a workshop is planned.
This transfer can only be applied on a ‘one occasion’ basis. If there are no suitable future dates, I can provide a voucher to be used for a future workshop booking. Please note that there are no makeups for missed sessions of a multiple date workshop. i.e. if the workshop is held over more than one session.
02
THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A WORKSHOP
Should I need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, I will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.
03
PARTIES AND PRIVATE EVENT BOOKINGS
A nonrefundable 50 deposit is required to secure a booking.
The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the date of the party or event.
A maximum reduction of two attendees can be made at least two weeks before the date of the event. I will reduce the outstanding balance accordingly.
Reductions in numbers cannot be made less than two weeks before the date of the event and the full balance of the booking must be paid.
The price per person shown on the Party & Event listing is based on a minimum of 6 attendees. If there are less than 6 attendees, the total amount will still be based on 6 attendees.
04
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are nonrefundable and are not redeemable against any products other than workshops.
I do appreciate that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may mean they cannot be used, and I am happy for them to be transferred to a friend.
All gift vouchers have a 12 month expiry term from date of issue.
